Description
This unusual cloak attaches at the wrists as well as the neck and is made of a light but sturdy material. By extending her arms, the wearer of this cloak can soar through the air (as glide). While gliding, the wearer may perform a charge against creatures located up to 120 feet beneath her. Attacks made as part of this charge receive the higher ground bonus. If the target of the charge is unaware of the wearer, this counts as a surprise round.
